yeah, i cba too change the channel.

cylinder heads...i sold that 1275 one for £200, that was a bit cheap, i could do them too spec for a little more

do we think there is a market for a lower cost, decent quality head?

I don't really know, perhaps you would be better off offering a conversion package.

Theres plenty of people on here who want more power but don't have the techy know how to do it themselves

St1 kits, heads, lightened flywheels, roller rockers etc.

If you get them lightened to your spec and then charge accordingly, job done.

2 days worth of work, new head rockers, exhaust, flywheel and clutch, keeeerrrching!!

I think on the cylinder head side theres a fair share of companies that do it, But on the lightening side i think that would be a good idea to do.

to be honest I would concentate on reliable mods, stuff you can fit that will make a big difference and not have the punters coming back with problems!!!

You could submerge the whole Mini inside a tank of oil, then put the tank on the back of a lorry and drive the lorry around!
