It was rubbish for buying travelled 140 miles in total had to go through 4 flooded roads and only got 2 switches (£19) so not too good for me, the indoor mini park was good tho.

Yup, I went. Good turn Out considering the weather!

Took ages to get there though, because most of the roads were flooded.

mmm i didnt find it too brilliant, was good to meet a couple of people, saw the a-serious lot again, deanchad, and dogmatix whom was good to talk to. But the turn out wasnt great and the weather seemed to put a bit of a dampener on the day. That mk1 escort was a sexy piece of kit though.

Bring on the sunny shows! windows down, lots of convoys and smiles :) hehe.

Wasnt really impressed with the show itself, but was impressed by the amount and spirit of the punters.

Got myself a lovely battered motolita wheel that is amazing and the panels needed to get on with the clubby.

Wasn't impressed with the turn out today at all. Although I can't complain about Monty's parking space.

No decent traders at all.... I mean why the heck were there garden ornaments and a make-up stall on site?!? All I ended up with was some valve dustcaps and a spare condensor & points set. >:)(

Poor effort all round.

I wasn’t that impressed to be honest, the lack of traders/auto jumble was a big let down for me. One of the worst shows I’ve seen, even comparing to the StoneLeigh show that was cancelled this year, which is also nearer. As I only travelled the 200 odd round trip threw the floods and driving rain so I could buy more parts I desperately need for my project, of which I had a 2-page list and only came away with about 3 items off it.

And then on the way home, which wasn’t too bad as most places had dried up a bit, some :xxx: in a taxi cut me up on the inside of the roundabout on the white hatched area while I was turning right and ripped the drivers wing mirror clean off, would have been worse if I had of spotted and swearved out of the way, as it’ not something you look for, someone cutting you up on the inside of a roundabout when your already in the right hand/inside lane. :o

Lucky I have a spare wing mirror that i can spray up, but that’s not the point. >:)

Must say I was a bit disappointed with the show - I don't think I'll be making the 200 mile round trip again next year! I also nearly got wiped out by a foreign lorry who decided that the left hand lane on the approach to a roundabout with no indicators on was for turning right from!
