Apart from the carp weather and the lack of decent traders, the day turned out good for me. Managed to get my new exhaust, found the copy of Mini Magazine that I was missing from collection, got some new stainless wipers and arms, and to top the day off in style I won the best paintwork award (was,nt expecting that).
Got a few good pics of the day
All the photo's can be seen here

Personally the show was quite a let down. No real decent companies there, traders were rubbish, auto jumble wasn't that much better. No point in going to a show anymore to try and get stuff cheap because trader prices are usually more expensive than what the item costs from Minispares (with the TMF+ discount), and auto jumble isn't any cheaper than Ebay or forum prices! The show was far too cold, and certainly not worth the 700-800 mile round trip for me, and not one I think I'll bother making again.
The only redeeming feature I think, as other people have said is meeting other people from the forum. Oh, and possibly the entry fee, which relative to other shows was quite cheap, but then for what your getting it doesn't exactly represent fantastic value for money!

My poor brake drums filled up with water so my pickup needed a written warning to stop!!
Still, all of our club members managed to get through it!
