Dropped the subframe from the cooper and done this:

It wasn't really to save weight (well OK the seat was) but primarily to give access to the box sections where rust seems to start. This way it gives a bit of air circulation to dry it out, and i can also cram a load of underseal or similar in.
Friday night i also stripped the F20 gearbox, ready for a general clean up and a Quaife LSD.

How much weight do all those discs weigh? Im going to start this soon.

I used 44mm most places and 35mm on the inner sills basically because thats all i had
I'll weigh it tomorrow
