mine goes for it's MOT on the 19th after it's 6 month winter break!! Then have 2 weeks to get anything done before the riv run! Whoo Hoo! bring it on!

Stage One Kit Fitted

Well...
The Riviera Run draws nearer and I've made a bit of progress. I'm about to go and collect my Mini from having Aldon electronic ignition fitted and a tune-up. Hopefully my misfire-woes are sorted and I will feel the increase in power. It's a 998 City with a stage 1 kit, so Im hoping for about 80bhp (I'm being sarcastic, before people start flaming me).
Hopefully i can start concentrating on adjusting the drum brakes, re-fitting the interior and building a centre console and finishing it off over the next couple of weeks, without any more dramas or tantrums from the car.
How's everybody else progressing - are you going to finish in time for the run?

Hey Alan are you using John Bennet this year to tune your baby? Ive booked him for Friday afternoon and then im going on along run to see if it's ok.Whoo hoo! My Mini passed the MOT first time on Saturday! Nearly passed out in shock!!
