I5 as in 5 cyl? capacity and power?

is it a inhouse ford or a fiat jobbie? new ford ka is a 500 using fiat engines.

be aware though i think the lower power TDI's (90 , 130) don't make the big figures when mapped.

yes, skoda and seat - old shape leon diesel cupra is 170bhp IIRC

i think the weight of the setup puts a stop to this one surely. Wherever the engine is located, so much of the weight will be their, the handling will be so unforgiving. Have you considered a twin turbo petrol if its low end grunt you're after?

If it torque you want put a 8v Vauxhall GTE engine in it
