i had a problem with the new version of flash - it hadn't installed properly and kept coming up with an error message. i managed to find a previous version of flash player and download that so stuff would work on web pages - think ive got version 7/8 now instead of 9 but its better than no flash player at all!

Do you have tabs on your internet, at the top?
