What can i do, will i have to get a new windows disk and reinstall windows on my comp?

i dont have any disks sorry mate,

But "http://www.soft32.com/download/63-58362/install_flash_player.exe" pasted into your browser should work, i dont understand why it wont. ( with out the " marks at either end)

it does but it doesnt if you know what i mean, it downloads and saves to the computer but doesnt have any effect

right, save to your desktop, then double click on the file you have just saved to your desktop, click run, next etc etc until the end

then you must reboot the computer
