Is anyone going to this event? I thought since it shouldn't be too far for me to travel with the kids it would be a good event to go to.

I've only been once before - and it was great weather so that helps. but the whole thing was really well organised and really good atmosphere with everyone. A fair amount of trade stands and entertainment going on so there is something to do when you get bored of looking round the trade stands.
Central Minis dont really attend this one as a club as the BMF is on at the same time (also after Riv Run and L2B they want a weekend off) - but me and my mate enjoyed it so much last time we are making sure were going again this year.
I recommend it anyway.

I'm going along with a few members of SMAC! It's one of our local events so it would be stupid not to go! Not camping this year though ;o(

not really, got a lot to do to prepare for the IMM trip the following week and this weekend is out of the question as I have to fit the Hi-los and new shocks to the rear of my motor and then on Saturday night we're off to crystal palace to camp for L2B!!

TMF people really exist! It was great to meet TC and Bungle at Bristol Mini Day today, where we all tried to dodge showers and much red Somerset mud. So now I have a connection with the Ring Run family. TC, I was a bit disappointed not to receive your usual greeting, namely a 30mph rugby tackle :nugget: , but I live in hope. Bungle, I’m impressed by your three-hour drive up from Cornwall to the show and then driving back again. Do they know what’s going to hit them on the European mainland? I doubt it. Roll on September!
