Next...I will have a keyless start and i was wondering if it was possible to make it not work until my removable steering wheel was in place. I personally cant think of a way but maybe someone else can?

If you drilled a hole in the adapter that the wheel clicks into and put a push to make switch in there, wouldnt that act like someone pressing a START button if it was located on the dash? The only problem with that is that the starter motor would be constantly trying to start the engine after it had started. I'm sure some circuitry wizardry could overcome this tho!

Wizardry eh? Don't think it quite needs that!
The switch would work perfectly if you wire it up in the right place, ie between the starter and the key barrel/auto start.
No wheel, switch disconnects the starter so it can't be used.
With wheel, switch connects the starter to the rest of the circuit, when you turn the key or tell the alarm to start the engine, it starts!
It won't be constantly driving the starter motor as the switch is not sending voltage to the starter, instead it is just breaking the circuit when you don't want the engine to be started.
Make sense?
Not sure how much current the starter pulls, so you may need either a beefy switch or a relay...

Right, i want to make my mini a little different and i want to make it have a little General Lee appeal so i want to have a key fob that would be used for central locking but instead of unlocking the doors it would wind the widows down.
that shouldnt be too difficult.

It would be fairly simply simple to hook up to a window interface.

If you get an alarm like the Toad A606i then it has two extra buttons on the fob to do with what you like, so you should be able to hook one up to the electric windows and lower them at the touch of a button!
