My Audi A6 had a feature where if you held the unlock button on the keyfob, all the windows would open, and holding lock would close them again, you could do it using an alarm that had an aux. function on the keyfob, maybe linked to a total closure unit but wired with reverse polarity so it would open the windows instead of closing them?

I'm sure with enough head scratching and relays it would be do-able though

Theres a kit from halfords you can buy for remote operation of electronic things, it comes with a relay aswell i think so maybe have a look there.
