Hey
ive found some rust in the rear bins now here are some pics
passenger side
cleaned it up abit and put some hammerite on the ones that didnt crumble
drivers side one is solid for the moment, i poked it with a screw driver and it didnt crumble
Any tips on how to tackle this ?
I know its going to be very very very very hard to do as the bin comes in the way and its going to be awkward having the mig torch in there
ive thought about removing the rear bin properly via the spot welds and then plug welding it back in but then plug welding it inside the bin will be abit tedious but it could be done ? and im going to have to look at bracing ?
any tips ?
thanks

Pah, mines much worse than that!!
Best and easiest way would be to remove the sill and attack it from that side.
Oh yeah, and this is mine

Yes, the rust you can see is part of the inner sill, when the outer sill(the bit you can see from the outside) is removed then you will have full access to this rust.
Cut it out, make a repair section and weld it in, job done!!
If you don't want to make up repair sections, then you can buy an inner sill repair section and cut your repair panels out of this.
