got the clutch and master cylinders out, almost bursting a blood vessel.. i dont have the smallest of hands

i did that too today,... bloody clevis pin,... Little tip,... Get some R-clips instead of the bent wire. makes future removal and refitting much easier

** edit** oh and regarding the ceramic heater,.. go for it.. but you might want to up the old alternator for some more jiuce or fit a larger battery too,.. also,.. it's worth keeping the heater matrix in just incase you need some extra water ability cooling, can make the difference on hot summers days idling in traffic jams :w00t:

 Clevis pins are a pain in the rear. I spent about 10 minutes each tugging at them with a pair of pliers. Cheers for the tip though.

so you reckon your pedal box is welded in?... hmmm, have you noticed that it's clamped in at the front by the steering column hanger as well as bolted to the bulkhead?

It was owned by a pretty chavvy person before :w00t: who looked like the kind of person to bodge something. But i'll try and get it out... Somehow.
