Get a lovely round car and turn it square, its a shame, should just buy a volvo

The arches are formed alloy sheet, built as a "one-off" for Stuart Gurr. The only way to get the wheels off of the car are to turn them on their side and slide them out :grin:

Mmmn not convinced, but that is the great thing about Minis, everyone does something different. It is great that some people like it. Just not my cup of tea.

Smudger beat me too it! It was the car that got me interested in Clubmans when I was a teenager!!
As for the kit, i believe that the Monterey kit was based on a blokes car who did something similar with fabricating panes to cover his Golf GTI Engine conversion. It's about as close as you're gonna get to it though :erm:
