im putting sportspack arches onto my 91 mini city i know ive gota grind the arches but how much and where if i fit 13x7 or 13x8 minilights

You only need to cut the fronts.

Theres a template knocking about on minispares website for free.

Print it out, stick it on the car and get cutting!

they wont cover 13x8s but will cover 13x7's mate

no i dont think you should have to i aint put any stengthening on mine are there perfectly fine i just put one on wrong lol rubbing like there is no tomoro haha

should be fine mate i would get some templates tho makes life a whole lot easier i dint get any and it was a trial and error sort of thing

Really you should get some strenghening strips, available from mini spares. These where fitted to sportpack minis.

when fitting my sportspack arches i didnt use any sort of reinforsement but when fitting them i put come high power sticky 3m product to gelp it staya dn it workd i was pillunf on one as hard as i could and i aint a small lad haha and it would move lol

you should always bend the wing lip back on once the cutting is done, this gives the panel it's strength/rigidity back and saves your tyres should they happen to clip the wing.

I take it you dont have to cut the wings if your only using 12" wheels with sportspack arches?
