Hi,

Got the mini in the bodyshop to find the bottom of my doors are rusted and have seperated. Ive been told they can be repaired, but a proper job would be to replace them both.

Where can you get NEW MK3 doors from? (at a reasonable price)

Also i looked into the fibreglass option (which i would like to do), and some ebay adverts say they can use all original fixings and original windows etc, but on the inner side of the door there is no where to bolt the window winder mechanism etc. Do you have to buy this seperatly?

Basically i want to use all my original bits (ie winder mechanism, catch, locks, handles etc on a fibreglass door but am unsure what exactly i need to do this. I also want them to be a direct replacement.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Personally I wouldnt put fibreglass doors on a road mini having seen the force of a side impact to a mini.

If your after good steel doors, I have a passenger side, reskinned and primed ready to paint for sale.

Good luck.

Why thankyou, sire.

'Single passenger door, reskinned. Really good, no rust or rot. Straight and in 2k primer, ready for quick reprime or paint straight on! £50'

Open to offers though!
