You'll fix it in seconds when you find the fault. Sorry, looks like I misinterpreted the continuity across the bulb bit - you have a poor connection somewhere.
As said, connect the supply side of the bulb holder directly to earth through your meter and it should show something approaching 12v. You can use your ohmmeter scale in the same way (lights turned off) to confirm the earth side is pants if it doesn't. The ohmmeter will also confirm the switch is ok.

I gave up in the end and took it somewhere as all bullet connectors have been chopped out and crimped...took a while got charged 40 squid but they had some neat gadget to test which im going to get
..oh well ripped myself off but i couldnt care because she PASSED!! yay time for a stage 1 kit and tuning session

I brought a headlight a few weeks ago for a LH drive mini opps would minispares swap this for the right 1?
