Hot bucket of water, put it in that, then straighten it as much as possible. The starting at the back attach to car, the careful use of a powerfull hairdryer ( paint stripper ) will help it round the tight corners as the front of the rear arch, and A panel.

Quick tip, when fitted leave to cool, and it wil retain it's shape, but also if you remove it and get some clear silicon, dob that into the groove every 6 inches or so and refit, this will help it stay on, but it can still be removed...

How much is it ?

** EDIT **

Doh.. too late me thinks.
