Yeah I know what you mean. But it's just a means to an end to get a minus register up and running. Charlie replied and already wanted to do a 'specialist mini' section, but needs a moderator to look after it. Will probably include bike cars, minus, sprints, vtecs, k-series etc. I'm also lobbying for a rwd-bike-engine fibreglass-shelled mini limo pickup section! Tee hee

that's very Kind Jammy, but I haven't got the time to look after it, so I was hoping TMF would do it. Charlie Brown was gonna suggest the specialist mini section, before I'd even mentioned it, so that'll probably get sorted. Hopefully we can just tag a little minus register on there, or something.

Yeah it shouldn't be too much bother, there won't be much minus specific chat, and the register will obiously be static for most of the time, until new minus' are found.

well i would of course love to be in the up keep of it all 
i have at present got, at least one, picture of all the minus that i put on the list, (bar one, but its on its way), thats way i can first see if it is a minus, and second ya dont get duplicates, and third ya dont get the scenario of; my dads best friends uncle has a blue minus etc etc ....
and today i found ANOTHER minus !!!
this brings the number to 25 ! ive seen pics and reg, and it, would ya believe only 4/5 miles down the road of my work place !
the reg plate is Q700 EPV, is a kind of purple and is as standard as minus's get, been stored in a garage for about 4 years (was fine went put in there) only garaged as owner moved away, owner being female ! so i think this may be the first female minus owner !
i will be, eventually, putting up some kind of website, and after that will register, miniminus.co.uk and get it up there but gonna get site done first ! lol ... have webspace and that, its just time im lacking ..
i may put summit up VERY basic like real quick, just so peeps have access to all the pics i have ! .. (i have 128 !)
its birllant to see this thread back in full action again!

Well as Gadget, Ade, and Alburglar know I'm selling my shell. But for good reason as its funding my training as an LGV driver so at long last I'll be able to get a job and have an income!
Plan is once im working to get my hands on a new/good steel shell and "minus chop" it, and fit a slightly shortened clubman front end (clubman front looks REALLY long on a minus otherwise) Heres the photoshop I did of it. Just in paint mind you!
So whats people opinion? Would it count as a Minus?

not complete, but at least its a start ...

i had a minus untill a few months ago!!! it was race preped and great! i sold it realy cheap as i had no interest!
these were the pis of it in its primer the day it was sold. gutted!

.. ya must of been really into it at some point looks like ya prepped it that far real nice !!

from the pics i see the extra mods are that it has no rear seats, and removeable front end, carb box in bulkhead, and full rollcage !
