i bought this 1984 mini mayfair in february for £300 and have been slowly stripping it down and building it up

the first few images is what it looked like when i first bought it. p.s the car did have a full interior but due to damp and water damage the only things i have kept were the seats and front door cards.
this is how its starting to slowly come together
started by cleaning the inside and rust treating any bit of rust i could find
possibly the most work thats will need sorting as it has rotted through the floor
next i decided to giv e window tinting a blast and i must admit it didnt turn out too bad
then i painted my calipers
Started taking out my engine (and done it) then started rust treating and painting the engine bay this week and also bought a set of mini era turbo alloys for 140quid
as soon as the engine bay is finished i plan to drop a 1275gt engine in obviously cleaning it up, painting it and replacing vital parts, thanks for looking and i will keep you all posted
