Yep. I've always done it there. The legs on the ramp dont extend far enough to reach the front subby, so thats the strongest point. Actually, I think the lift is one of the most useful tools I own. No messing around scrabbling under axle stands

Brute force and Ignorance is always my favourite but 3/4" ratchet is a close second.
