Hi , has any one had the dial illumination fuse keep blowing . Checked everything like connections and frayed wires but still no joy ! 1998 mpi cooper.

I'd start with removing all the dial lights, and replace the fuse. If it still blows then, there's a short. Otherwise, one of your bulbs has shorted out. Replace the bulbs, one by one, until you find the bad one.

Of course, check for idiot first - verify you're replacing with the right amp fuse. (I did that once. Put a 1 amp where I needed 10, couldn't figure out why it kept blowing. Was a real dumb moment.)
