I bought them last year and didnt get a chance to fit them, soon i will have 2 months off and ive always loved the look of them.

What do you think?

Ive kept the original headlights on for a year but would like to fit them personally. It would also mean id have a pair of halogen headlights whereas at the moment i have one standard and one halogen :w00t:

I like them, but I think I read somewhere there was an issue with the legal dept, that some are legal and some aren't?

Where did you get yours and how much for?
do they replace the whole sealed units?

I bought a pair of H4 blue lights only to discover my mini had sealed headlamps where you can only replace the driverlights and not the main lights without replacing the whole thing.. :w00t:

Edit: Oops, sorry, thought this was the 'Mean Headlights' thread for a mo!!

it's a matter of personal taste...

i've got them with the green outer ring matching the green spot of the studio2 logo and my sidestripes...

apart from that the green ring looks slightly mean at night... which, of course, i like... :cheese:

Put them in at your own risk, you must make sure that the pattern is correct and can be achieved by the use of pattern bulbs...

If you have no pattern, or coloured halo/side lights you will fail the MOT, and also any road side spot checks..

If you park your mini in front of a garage door with dipped beam on, the pattern shown should look something like this...

I was wondering how to set this, how far away from the wall should you be?
