you dont need rear disks on a mini they are very light cars

You must be joking right If i was you Id spend the money on the front brakes. Too much on the back and youll be staring the car behind you in the face before you can say oops. The KAD conversion is very tidy and compact but offers very little in terms of stopping power compared to the front.
I havent even fit minifins to mine as even they are a waste of time on the back.

You wont need anything more than minifins not many 150bhp race minis bother with KAD rear disc kit. It is a superb bit of kit, but un-neccessary.

Stick vented discs and for pots from a metro on the front, should cost £50-£80 from a breakers.
Spend that money on gearbox or uprating turbo and cooling or something.
Or some billet split rims?

Quality project tho mate.
This is something I have considerred. GTTI engine, you can get a really good engine kit for the gtti, uprated cams and loads of nice bits, but I've lost the link to the website. Have a search for engine kits on google
