Hello Simon

Your car is amazing, I've been following your car modification for a long time, It gives me inspiration to work on my cars :)

I would like to ask what is the internal diameter of the fuel pipe you are using?

Best Regards and keep up the good work

Luis

Hi there Luis,

thanks for your kind words!

The fuel hose is 8mm mate for -6 hose ends.

I hope this helps simon.

Well I have had a good day working on the car and got lots done. I am happy with how its starting to turn out I just need to work out where the air filter is going to go.

The ToDo list is getting smaller by the day.

1. Weld the IC up.
2. Make the swirl pot.
3. Weld the breathers on the rocker cover.
4. Make an oil catch tank.
5. Sort the dash out and make sure all the electrics are working.
6. Get it set up on the RR at Vmax.
7. Get an MOT.
8. Run it in.

Then Avon here I come!! then to the Ring and back to MITP I am hoping for a good summer this year.
Thanks simon.

As the sun was out today and I could not stay in work any longer I knocked off early and was out of there at 2 to work on the car. I got lots done today as wel,l i turned it over for the first time and got oil pressure straight away so that was a good start, I also got the dash in with no pissing about. It did not help though that it seemed that everyone in my street was having a BBQ and all i could smell was smoke when i put the wires on the battery.

And it all works first time

Thanks simon.

This is one of, if not my favorite mini on here and that dash looks really nice. It's going to go well with that turbo'd a series aswell.
