Whats everyone using these days? Going to need LOTS OF IT to complete cover everything inside my car. Needs something thats flexible, like a foam underlay....
Any ideas? I've got some super amazing glue to stick it to almost every panel, just need some stuff to do it and i'd rather not buy that acoustic stuff from halfords its super expensive!
thanks

LOL cheers Pooks. I've found some trade company who do carpets and stuff. Will let you know how the hunt goes. Any other companies - show them my way!

I have used Dynamat around my speakers on my parcel shelf and behind the speakers in my dash and it makes it sound much better.
Would cover the inside if i could afford it, it's dear! one roll cost me £20 from Halfords!

agree with flashing tape. If possible use brand name (in my case its Irish) stuff. Unbranded stuff is only slightly cheaper and I have to redo half my boot because it came unstuck shortly after and now I have a huge mess in the back!
The branded stuff is AWESOME. Noticeable quiter, sticks well, and a very solid surface for mounting extra foam padding and then carpet over. Also water tight which in my case is very important since any leaks will collect on top of the flashing rather than between carpet and floor metal which would lead to corrosion.

I thought you were meaning taking OUT the original pitch stuff off the floor. THAT is a barsteward of a job......... Hammer and chisel time! Weighs a stone apparently, according to a mate who has already done it. He kept it all n stuck it on the scales!
