i would be very wary of that site. it claims that the classic seven, classic cooper and classic cooper sport were limited editions >_<

they were not !!!

they were the final lineup of production cars.

if that's level of knowledge the creator of that site has, i wouldn't trust it

i just cant understand where some people get these ridiculous ideas from, if they just think about it, or actually read some books then they might get it right.

the cars in question were a special "run out range", not a range of special editions, completely different thing. the last special edition was the "John cooper"

what next, the mayfair as a special edition ???, Issigonis liking the BMW mini ??? :dontgetit: :dontgetit: oh yeah, we've already had those ones :thumbsup: :teehee:

anyone actually bother to read books about minis ??????

Anorak, i have a few questions about the sky

first, what colour was the 'sky' writing on the decals, was it grey or black?

and what badge did the grille have austin or mini?

I have it on very good authority (from my mate down the pub) that the sky rose is a rebadged mini city hl!!
