Hi, would anyone be able to take a quick picture of how the rear seatbels mount in the 1/4 pockets in an mpi mini?

Just looking to convert to rear inertia reel belts instead of the static ones.

Cheers, Mark.

I'd be very interested too - are there extra mounting points in the 1/4pocket/bin that are strengthened??

Any help would be great :)

I thought that they were the same as any mini with rear belts, four bolts into the seat back behind the two cushions. You can see the anchor points from the boot, two in the middle/ base of the seat back and the offside one in the corner at the wheel arch, the nearside one can just bee seen behind the fuel tank.

Am I wrong in thinking this and Rover changed the mounting points on the MPi?

There is an inertia reel situated at the rear of the 1/4 pocket and covered by a plastic trim.
Give me an hour or so and I'll snap a pic and load it up.

Looking at that you could possibly drill a hole in the inner arch and bolt through from the outside?
