Frothy radiator sounds daunting. Check that the cylinder head gasket has not failed.

Don't think head gasket gon. No loss of compression or coolant and no white smoke/steam out back.

Bit off topic but is water from a dehumidifier better for the radiator than tapwater?

mine runs at the 3/4 mark. i get a bit worried when it reaches the red but it seems normal on this lump. when i had my modified head on though with a little grind where the peak comes out between the valves it never came above half, except the time it touched red when the HG went :w00t:

i dont worry about it anymore, it sits at a constant temp at 70mph so im fine with that. i dont want to break down but it is only a couple of hours work 2 do a head gasket!
