But no, not polishinng them... Maybe one or two coats of clear varnish, thats enough.

That can be a problem... The edges don't seem like they can take clip-on balancing weights.
and that smal step under the outer lip is hardly cleared by the caliper's bleed nipple.
Maybe it's possible to have some stick-on weights between mounting surface and caliper.
Offset seems OK.
But don't think they stick out as far as the Exactons do...

Jan

Well... It isn't actually what I hoped for.
They seem to be developed for drumbrake Minis.
With drumbrakes they possibly can be driven without arches & with 165 tyres.
witch discs... It's somewere between arch and no-arch.
Need to find some cheap wood & Picket arches and cut them down.

Jan

you can get stick on weights for your wheels
frost.co.uk do them
Selfaddhesive, lead-free weights are standart in GerMini. Do you mean them?
But you rarely find the weights which clip over the rim flange.
And not any type of flange allows these to be clipped on... As with those Momos, I suppose.
Tracked down an APT SPVP3 cam. Used but seemingly in a good nick.
Think that's going to be mine

Possibly the most expensive part so far. Gearbox cost me 15quid, by the way

Scattern-pattern cam, designed by the great master David Vizard himself.

Cam is a SPVP3M, reground and plasma nitrided.
It is used but of known origin and doesn't show much wear.
Idler gear and primary gear are in good condition.
