Ahh I miss Billing, could'nt make it this year due to not being able to get time off work My old man owns a series 3, 2 1/4 petrol, its lovely, overdrive and all! I have a photo of it in action if you wish to see it?

YES please! I never tire of seeing Land Rovers. Tomsbluemine and Rosie and I camped out at the show for the whole week.Man it was great and we had minimal rain! I didnt do the off road course this year as I ended up having my 300tdi Disco consume vast amounts of mud into the intercooler via the Turbo. New engine was required!!

Not too sure you can tell from the pic's but the bomb hole was so deep the mud was actualy coming in through the open windows! You can see the point from the exuast how much the engine is trying to breathe....poor old girl.

Wicked!!! Your dad has a great looking series!! Is it an 88'? Looks like a short wheelbase but hard to tell from that angle. Thats my favorite colour as well!!
Funny thing is...thats the same Bomb hole as I went into with the Disco. It rained alot last year and the damn thing got so deep that the marshals had to shut it down as it was destroying too many trucks. Two guy's after me found the really deep bit and all that was showing was the top of there snorkle and a bit of the roof rack!!! That was funny!!
Nice pic mate,thanks for showing! Wonder why so many Landy and mini enthusiasts own one or both of the makes?

Oh yeah,I forgot! I'm not all that clever ya know.......sad realy. I think it started when I tried to take my space hopper down the stairs.Terrible concequences.I've never quite been the same since!
