If you can grab my Lucas reversing lamp that would be great :D

I am in South East London, not too far from Croydon... but the hours I work are stupid. If I bung you some money... is there any chance you can post? :dontgetit:

Thanks....

I live just down the hill from badger... If needs be, you can drop his light off with me, and i'll drop it round to him when he's in...

*dons messenger boy hat again*

He's at a school today, so he's managed to get access to the internet. He's got the codes for booking collections and so everything will be sent out by the weekend. Refunds are being sent today. Roo, he can't pay you till he gets paid in two weeks.

Can we start a list of who is wanting what, so when Pie comes online he can go through each one and let us know whats happening with them:

1)
2)
3)
etc

Some impartial advice, intended to help sort the mess out so I hope it doesn't get deleted even though this doesn't directly concern me :D

If someone calls to collect bits for other people it could become an even bigger mess if there's any dispute over who took what. Make a receipt that both parties sign and have a copy of. Get anyone you pass bits on to to sign for them too.

You don't need to give any notice to the respondent (Pie) in order to start a civil court action, though the court would prefer to see you attempted to resolve the matter without involving them. In any case the court allows time for the respondent to sort things out before issuing a summons or judgment.

If you want someone else to collect your goodies you should contact Pie and give them your permission - I don't see why a message posted on TMF or an email shouldn't suffice.

Jammy, sorry to be the perverbial fly in the ointment but .............WHAT? HE JUST GOT PAID!!! There realy is not an excuse for Roo not to be paid.

His Birthday in 6 day's,I bet he has enough money for himself. Shameful and pathetic.

He knows exactly who is owed what! Maybe he should prioritise this site rather than the ones he's "less known" on. He claims he has no computer access which is utter rubbish..is that why he has been on facebook and the retrocar site.?He just hasnt got his priorities straight.

Pie knows what he owes me.

May I remeind people not to post if they are not involved as we just want this situation resolved, not a thread full of arguments (even though it is a very frustrating situation).

A list of what everyone is owed will help us admin get track of what's happening and with who.

I agree, but i thought it nessacery to post.

If you were confronted with some thug hurling abuse your way in the pub, would you just ignore it and walk away (like an sensible person) or dive it like a moron. The same rules mentally would appy here.

Cheers for the advice James :dontgetit: But by the looks of things if matters are resolved i may not need to. Please keep me posted and if items have not been recieved by next week then i will be going up. Hope that sounds reasonalbe with you?

Thanks again,

Gibba :D
