I would just like to introduce myself, my name is Robert Woodliff & I live in South East London.
I am interested in starting a Mini / front wheel drive project / mixed energy based project, and am attempting to find plans for the Towns wood kit car the
Hustler ie I am interested in keeping it as simple a possible, in terms of body work, an as much as possible build it in house with simple / limited tools &
cash.
I'm currently messing with OBD2 hardware/software & fuel additions on a Vauxhall Vectra Derv unit. If your interested in having a go with OBD2 give me a
yell.
Have a look at "Talk to my Car", Mike & his wife, in Exeter are very helpful.
I came to this site / group through Mr Stubb's vidi on YouTube of his trans rear engined V8 Mini. I can only say that I am very very impressed with this
guys skills & abilitys...........so impressive.
But we do seam to have a "culture" which is willing to tackle some of the most amazing projects in sheds & kitchen tables.......and those "odd times" when
your at work, and have an envelope \ CAD programme.
So if you have any details on the Towns Hustler, please e mail me here or on thinbob@gmail.com or 078 8694 0773 ................. and if you ever want a
chocolate for that TV advert your making have a look at www.completefabrication.com . I'm the Buyer for the company.
Regards Bob Woodliff

Welcome to the Mini forum!

Good to here from you..............yes it is very rare. Look me up on FaceBook i've been collecting Woodliff & Woodliffe & there are a number of other
derivations. One derevation on the first person to turn up in America & deliver the Thanks Giving when the founding fathers go to land.
I talk to some one a couple of years ago, OK OK a bloke a a Druid event who owned a small wood, who said the Woodliff/e were the verderas of a
Northern English forest Yorkshire way & they demolished the forest and we were put out of work...................so what changes then !

A year ago I found a Hustler 6 in wood stored for quarter a century or so. It's now in my Torquay garage undergoing an every so often restoration. You are welcome to come and take the measurements and construction details for you own project
