im not sayign its going to lift the from of the car up of the floor! lol itle effect the steering etc and grip at the front end for the worse though.

It blooming won't! I know several FWD cars that have spoilers, including a contender for 'Fastest mini in the world'. Those cars wouldn't have them if they were bad for handling!

the force needed from a rear spoiler to pivot the car around the axis of the rear wheel would be HUGE!!
As Jammy says, fitting a rear spoiler DOES NOT affect front wheel handling. It might do when you hit speeds of 200mph +, but any car with that sort of performance has serious underbody workings, ground effect etc to keep both ends stuck to the ground.
