WE HAVE PROBLEMS,

where we normally get our stuff and things from have let us down so.....


just wondering if anyone can help us.

we could do with a generator, to power evening lights, a stereo and a projector for evening event I have planed.
please let me no so I can bring some extra fuel in a can or something

the drag wars BBQ will not fit into my car now....
I think I have this covered with Marc coming over to my house to put the BBQ once collapsed onto his roof rack on his mini, does anyone else want to convoy down with us on Friday about 10/11 ish?

I have a large gazebo. my idea is to line up as many gazebos as we can to put I'm hoping all minis under, for shade and to make us look better.
so if you have one don’t matter what size, please please say so and bring it so I can work out just what we will have.

I’m also after some normal house hold speakers or (something) some good ones where I can do a temp wire up to a car stereo so we can play CDs, but the speakers we had last year we no longer have, so help there if you could.

car radio,
I’m after just a car radio to play CDs on,
I want to do a temp wire up to some load ish speakers, and straight to a car battery and just leave it playing in the corner somewhere,......
can anyone help again?

a bathtub.
we need something to store water in to put all beers etc in to help keep them cool.
can anyone bring anything for this?
I’m hoping we will have CB coming with his blow up bini to use that as a beer chiller....?

tables for the sale of anything.
feel free to bring tables they will all get used, and will come in handy selling mini stuff or dining off in the evenings....

if anyone has one, could you bring it with you, as your self or anyone else may want to drag there mini, but you cant unless you have a helmet

time.
I will be there from I’m hoping about 12/1 on the Friday,
I’m going to get set up as there is a lot of work to do, if you want to turn up earlier on it will help you out as there will be 28 minis so a possible 60 people all trying to get there tents up,
so the sooner you get there the better.



is there anything else you can think of?

I can fit my Large gazebo onto my roof rack and also have a nother small one that I am bringin for the kids.


also have 2 portable CD players so will be no porblem to pop one in the car.


storage tubs to keep the beers cold - not a problem I have a few stacking ones I can borrow of the kids ( will just take the toys out)

I also have my mate coming on her own so can pack things in her Mini too. I already know from previous camping trups what I can fit in my car and with my roof rack now it will all fit. Kids wont be in school that day and am planning on being there hopefully by noon.

as for power, a few jump packs maybe? I have one that I need to bring anyhow to keep the kids gameboys charged up

I have the bbq covered.

I also have a brand new car stereo, single cd that i can bring, never got round to fitting it in the mini so may as well make use of it.

I'll also bring a helmet.

I'll look into a table to bring.

Can't help on the gazebo or bathtub though, afraid i threw away the last of my spare bathtubs last week!

And i've just bought a new battery for the mini, not fitted it yet so i'll bring that for power, got a couple of 12v lights i can bring as well.

Me Scurvy and Jake know someone with a big genny. We may be able to get our paws on that!! (will remind Scurvy as he has possession of it at the moment)

Also got a blow up paddling pool (a bit easier to transport than a bath!!)

I dont have much of the stuff that u still need from the list, but I have a stripped empty Mini for transport. I am gonna be travelling up from Dorset on the Wednesday I guess, then stopping off at Burnham in Somerset til Friday Morning. Then a quick blast up the M5 and I am there. Anyone need stuff carried? I have only got 1 seat in it, so can fit long stuff too!
I will see if I can find a small bath-tub.........

if i was to take some of my small ramps to put a car up on its side or to raise the back end up, just something differant insted of a line of minis would anyone use them?

just to put your car on a angle for photo shots etc.....
