Patents, royalties from sales.....there is potentially a LOT of money to be made out of whoever the eventual winner might be.
Plus having a list of suggestions for new products would be invaluable for a company looking to make new accessories.

A bit of fairy cake land i think.
Have any of your posts ever made sense?
BTT
Dream on, if there was anything that was a real big seller i think it would have been developed by now a mere 50ish years of production later.
Thats why i am also out.....

Back to the business side of things, i've been thinking about doing something slightly simular, except the payback for your efforts would be different. As you've all said, your not going to give a company £1000 of business, to get a tenner off your next purchase of 3 oil filters and some wheel nuts or whatever.
That also said though, if you say your idea was to stock a certain type of gear nob that they don't already, they may have to pay £500 to get a stock of them in, and it may take them 6 months to before they even see profit on that.
Anyways, generating new business and idea's is a wide spread problem for every company, and everyone is constantly thinking on how to turn over more! So fair play for putting out the post.
Regards,
Mark.
