Just wondering, do the specials fit over the 7.9 brakes?!

I though specials didn't fit over much?

Thanks.

Yes will put a project thread up in a few weeks when I strip it and give it a quick coat of paint, its a side project just gets a but done here and there we painted it during the winter and condensation from the garage roof droped and spoiled some of the paint on the roof and the body paint needs re-doing as we did that the weekend before moorland and coastal last year only prob was we decided to paint it at 2am after having full sesion on the beer :) had probs with the gun but we were to under the influence to care, we quickly put it back together for the run and planned to strip it and re do it when we got back but has not happend so far.

Done a little bit more, drive flanges arrived from ebay, picked them up for £18 which was cheaper than it would cost me to have mine blasted and powder coated.

so got them fitted and with new bearings installed an driveshafts put into place, now got to stripp allback down and paint remaining bits.

next job, Started to strip spare engine to get gearbox off as this has only done about 1000 miles since being rebuilt, has a 3.1 final drive so going to install 4 pin diff and centre oil pick up then can start the dry build of the engine.

well quick update not been up to much started stripping a spare untouched worn standard engine, I had to get the good gearbox off it to use on the 7 port well I got a pleasent suprise when i split it, I found a very good condition crank that had been reground 10 10 with a little bit of balancing and a set of balanced rods :)

Andy It wont stop shiney and new for long, and the wheels are nice but not as clean as mine lol, so get them cleaned.
