the front is more difficult so i cut the inside panel out and welded the seam from the inside,
i then cut the outer seam off and cleaned up with the grinder.

I wanted to see how low i can get without cutting the body.
engine fits you have to jiggle it around abit to get all the bolts in.
the best bit! the wiring.....

I will measure them for you. what i did was place a MK2 panel over the MK3 and marked the holes.looks sweet working quickly!! do you have measurements for the external hindges? (cant justify buying an extra a panel for measurements lol)

I bought a Kirkey seat to fit. well to fit that you need something stable to bolt it too, and the floors not stable enough.
So what to make thats part of the cage and hold the seat?. In the end I knocked up two bits of oval tube with some 4mm plates welded in and threaded metric 8. these fit between two tubes CDS 28mm dia all welded together the seat runners are FIA J type so they should hold this allows others to use the car as well.
this frame is then welded to the cage. now to make the bolting points mid and top of the seat.
if you write M and then 8 it corrects to mate hahaha

I was lucky to meet Roofless
He took me for a test drive in the famous Roofless very nice car i must say.
Belive me when i say i was not ready for happen next, in all my years driving cars and i have had the luck to drive a few real monsters
but this kicks the lot!! to anyone who has never been in such a car you have no place to make comment until you have tried it! its like a deep fried freindly fisherman
you think well this will be quick low down and run out of puff becouse it lacks Torque, but in the real world it sends your guts for a trip to your spinne and it takes for ever to come back!! all in all i was speachless for a while
I drove back to Switzerland being glad i had been in this car, it opened a few new things the bottom line being
I NEED BETTER BRAKES!

fitted the oil cooler adapter which we made a while ago, I wanted to use the Spi cooler hoses but they are to long, you could route them to the front of the subframe and fit the cooler up front. I have used one short Spi hose and one long hose from the normal cooper S.
I have an issue with the lining up of this sprocket its a tight fit for sure, now if I fit this per instructions it dont line up, so i will have to find the reason why.
