I removed the exup thing and tapped the holes,then glued with green locktite grub screws in.
the making of the oil cooler adapter,
the finished part, you can use the yamaha seal i have added an extra
so mine's in the post then

before it all begins the outer seam, this should not be cut until you have cleaned all the seam seal off the inside.

I then cut 4.5 cm wide metal strips and spotwelded the over the inner joint.

once thats done you can cut the outer seam away and weld closed, I dressed the joint first.
