Exterior ones. O well never mind. Send me a PM with a price for how much you want the black ones for. I may take them off your hands.

Greased the brake pistons at the weekend as they were squeaking badly.

Trying to fit the chrome door handles at the moment but making a right old mess of it! Managed to damage the thread for the screw that holds the handle to the door, nearest to the door lock. Also managed to bend the adjustable screw for the door opener.

I suck at engineering.

Finally managed to fit the drivers side door handle, although one of the threads is buggered so the handle comes out slightly when you pull on it :(

Fitted a "Cabriolet" badge on the rear and a genuine Mini wing badge on the front, to replace the standard Mini badge it had.

Will hopefully have more luck fitting the passengers side door handle.

So do you fancy flogging me your black handles once they are all off? O and we need some pics. Chop chop!

Still haven't swapped over the passenger side door handle.

Bought some bullet mirrors and interior door handle set.

Managed to ruin the screw on the passenger window winder, so stuck with the old one for now.

Will see if I can get some nice photos at Ace Cafe tomorrow, that is if I manage not to screw anything else up between now and then.

As you can see, I STILL haven't managed to change the door handle on the passenger side. The bolt on the window winder is rounded off, so need to get that off somehow first.

Going to get some chrome trim for the arches and sides. Also thinking about painting the door pockets black to match the door cards.

I like the archless look! do you have 145 or 165 tyres on there James? Are they Rover wheels?

What about vinyl dye for the door pockets? That's assuming they are the right material to take it. I did my dash rails using it and it gave a really nice finish for such a simple process, and it doesn't alter the texture.

They're 145 tyres, so just about legal...I think...

They're some Minilite wheels the last owner bought, not sure what actual make though.

Never heard of vinyl dye, what is it? They're plastic, from a Metro.

If i'm changing my arches anyway I guess the in-between stage will give me a good idea if its feasible or not. Skinny 4.5 Rover minilites will help :D

As for vinyl dye, I used this stuff:

You just clean the surface and give it a couple of coats. No prep or finishing work at all really. I've done dash rails and rover door pockets with it, but it doesn't seem to like smooth plastics.

I might give that stuff a go, thanks.

I've FINALLY managed to get the rounded window winder screw off, so now I've fitted the chrome door handle on the passenger side.

Bought some chrome overriders and a de-cat pipe recently so waiting for them to come through the post.

Filled in and painted the holes left by the arches, looks great now :)
