Why not petition to have more world rally over here?

That would be easier than building a fully fledged race course, you would only need to use the roads already there

He's just a spammer and a dreamer and clearly lives on another planet and has no awareness of what's going on round about his ears. The country is in the worst recession since the war and he wants a freaking racing track. He would be better saving up his pocket money and buying this and living out his dream.
