Brilliant. My Mini's cylinder head went for machining for a set of exhaust seats. Its coming out with new guides, cut inlet seats and a head skim... I can feel my wallet groaning already...

Oh god! MITP is a month away and neither my Mini or my Jiffy is anywhere near on the road!

Its pretty much guaranteed that Shifty's will look worse :p I on the other hand have no cylinder head on my Mini and no wheels, body mounts, or door hinges to put on the Jiffy!

I may even make an effort this not to have the worst car on the stand, although the big tin of red primer I bought today may change my mind!!

under a cover on the back seat was the only way. I bought a ford ka to get around this small boot issue, still didnt fit in a ka. FAIL

Paint prep is quite theraputic it turns out. Nothing like turning some chavs carnage on my door lock into a nice smooth finish.
