Water isnt leaking into the cabin its all from my feet, getting in and getting out on a wet driveway every morning.

I managed to get some good quality rubber mats from my local agricultural/ hardware shop that sells car stuff for £10 and all you do is cut them to fit (2x front & 2x back mats) so I would look around. Like these:

All new parts installed on cooling system and engine mount bushings replaced - wow does it make a difference! Feels like new :)

Sounds like a good plan! The only problem its ever had has been with the cooling system - the engine has been reliable otherwise. :(

You wouldn't get steam & over flow if the system wasn't holding pressure. Have you changed your rad cap? Could be the wrong blow off pressure.
