Completely chickened out and cancelled an important doctors appointment again. Wimp. But on the plus side, my minispares loom arrived (with no nasties on the box, thank you, Simon haha) and I have procured a HIF44 from someone very local which I shall collect this weekend! Whayhey!!

Ok so daily Fiesta Ecoboost is soon to be joined by an Audi A3 (company car) which means time for the Mini to be taken off the road and get sorted. After Bingley of course.... exciting/expensive times!!

According to the statistics I can find online the Astra should have it. The 1.9 engine is the same as in the Vectra. Its either the 120 or 150bhp version. The audi is only 104bhp and the two weigh about the same.

Nope. I'm im Cape Town. Though I wouldn't get a car from Durban either, more likely to have some rust. Well I guess she could just search for a while. There was a van for sale here for R3000 which is... wait for it... 194 pounds!
