Can't decide on either an SW5 or SW8 for my daily, any experience? Got an sw10 currently in my other, which is soon to have a 276 instead.

Didn't think about AC's cams, the saga continues haha
Had a 266 in my borrowed (from dad) 1275 and it was awesome, thinking the SW5, don't want it too tame, but then I've been dealing with the SW10 which is a hoot on cam, but a dog when off aha.

Forgot this is going in an MPi block, but i'm not using the cam sensor, so I don't think it matters cam wise? i.e. normal carb cam will be fine?

yes a normal cam should work, cant think of a reason why not.

Random thought, how secure are the locks on the late rover minis? I'd guess about as good as all of the previous ones with that design, which is not very? Haha

Order a set of saab gearbox mounts for a project. Asked the seller for 'the mounts including the rubber parts'. What does he send me? Just the rubber isolaters. Got charged £10 for postage as well when the postage label on it says £3.90. Not happy. I have contacted the seller and am awaiting a reply.

Someone please hit my right angle with a hammer. It's killing me. :( Think I need a pair of new work boots, but can't be bothered to spend the money.

I always wear trainers at home in the garage, sometimes slippers LOL, but at work I need to wear steel toe capped boots. I've got a pair of cheap black boots. I might try some steel toe capped trainers. It will keep H&S/my boss happy, and reduce the strain on my feet/ankles. :) I'm only in my 20's, so should not be having this problem, IMO.
