Taken mine off about 5 times for various jobs! It gets easier... Do you have a drainable rad? I dont, get soaked every time I take it off!

tip: never have tea and engine oil in the same type cups when building an engine. i managed to smear my crank with tea and take a swig of oil!

How long does Someford Mini take to deliver? nearly a week now I have been waiting for my exhaust. I have recieved my Minispares part which I ordered the same day.

best thing is to go to a scrapyard and see what they have, failing that ring around any mini places and see if they have any bad engines

If you're gonna rebuild it. May as well buy each bit on its own! 50 quid for a block. 40 for a crank. Set of rods for 20 quid.
