Might have to take all my rear carpets out aswell now, soaking in the back. Although carpet looks nice, I'd rather keep my floor nice and rotten free! Anyone agree?

Get the carpets out and get someone to hose the car down with you in it, that's how I found my leaks

My dog had a bloody good drink sitting in the passenger footwell today.. The ultimate rust prevention? A dog to lick it dry?

I think I can see where it is running from and it is by the sides running down, not the doors.

I made mine too, cost less than £20 in materials but took at least 15 hours

My dad's a carpenter but I reckon my attempts at covering would look awful and I don't know where to buy the material from!

Someone like to explain to me why this item http://www.somerfordmini.co.uk/eshop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=199&products_id=7735 costs £111?!

RawlinsGTR
Right, okay. It's just I have two left-hand stalks in mine, and I want a right-hand. I had no idea it'd cost so much.

minikidx14
That could mean someone else has got two rights. try and find them and swap?
Jan 02 2012 06:17 PM -

Thing is, I know someone else doesn't because when I bought the mini, the hole for the right hand stalk had a sheared off nut stuck in it. Which means the stalk was probably cut out..
