Rolled my daily driver into me dads car,knocked my motorbike off its stand with my mini,and smashed my smart watch off the garage door....all in a space of 2 weeks! What's happening to me?

Going from max to min oil in about 250miles, plugs are the correct biscuit colour, and it's not smoking on startup or load, what else can I check? (no leaks!)

Garage has no spots of oil, even after a long hot run. Got a whining noise from the diff now, the engine & box have done about 6k ish since being built, completely paranoid about it now aha.
