That is a relay V. It's probably been added by someone else as like you say the SA cars didn't have them. However if you get a new one of those just make sure it has the same ratings (take it as a sample) and it will be a straight swap.

Trying to replace the drop links on the wife's Yaris. Took 2 hours to remove the sodding nut with a proxy junior hacksaw that had rusted itself on. Hate it when you don't have the necessary tools to hand.

How do I tell the difference between 7" and 7.5" front disc while on the car? I can't measure them!

Youre unlikely to have 7" discs unless you have an original 1960s 997 or 998 Cooper. Theyre also deathtraps in disc form.

I used to run fg monster truck.but went with hpi Baja with killer bee kill switch on 3rd channel and any loss signal cut engine as I experienced same thing

Been thinking about a new Mini. Perhaps a red one and spray the wheels grey to match my real Mini. I'd need a sticker that says "I Have a Real Mini At Home".

aha cheers for that, it sparks and it wants to start, occasionally it does but it cuts out quick and doesn't want to run :(

I've had it apart and cleaned it up.. So I really don't know what's wrong with it. If I get a chance I will take it off and get some pics and try the other carb I have
