Mum's getting quite angry at my idea of storage. Turns out that panels for cars live in the garage, and clothes live in the wardrobe. Not the other way round. What is this witchcraft?

The doors, bonnet, boot and rear windows will not fit under my bed. And anyway. It's full of many other items of uselessness that I have collected over the years, all hidden from Mother. :P Our spare room is also Dad's office, so that's full of many (now useless) computer bits. Problem is, even though we have a 'double garage' (in other words it is possible to get 2 cars in if you try REALLY hard), there is only room for the shell of the mini plus the rest of our crap that...

Out work tonight. Finish off a job, Leave to go to next one as I turn the corner I find a house totally on fire, luckily someone else had all ready all the fire brigade and they were there quickly, my thoughts are with the family who live there. I can't imagine how awful it would to have that happen especially this close to Chistmas.

Yea. The mind boggles...
I would never wish anything like this on anyone but some people really have not got a clue.

Yea, its dreadful that it happened but surely common sense would prevail slightly. As long as no one was injured. Material stuff can be replaced :)

Some people are so so stupid. I can't believe they used real candles and lit them. As Leaky pointed out, the mind boggles.

Lol! I'm constantly lookin around frantically :p there's a lot around here too.. particularly in westfield, they are famous for raising money for charity by going crazy on their house christmas lights. Nice though :) Ahh agree with the flashing I don't like it either!

Went to a job this morning. Got there and the drain was in the back garden, customer said the easiest acsess would be though the garage. He opened the garage door and in there was a totally mini 1931 Rolls Royce. This then led to having an our long convo about old cars and minis haha

Awesome, I love it when that happens. When I was on the tools painting and decorating I went to a job at Caversham heights, in the double climate controlled garage was a Lamborghini countach and a E type jag, lovely!!!

I've no idea how I know that, maybe because my new wardrobe (that cost £600!) has a slight bulge at the bottom of one of the doors, and I said jokingly to my old man that if it starts to bug me I'll put two axle stands over the worktop and put the pressure cooker on the hob with the wardrobe door across the axle stands to steam it straight Hahaha.

Come to think of it, I think I saw the steaming idea on ray mears programme about 6 years ago, making some ski's in Canada from a tree or something :)

Ill give it a go this evening. i could do with one of those whistling kettles that goes on the hob.
